Chapter :1

Where she will go?

Sia was very happy. Why would not she?  She was finally going to get married to the love of her life, Sameer. It is always dream of any girl to get married, to get dressed, to put on the finest jewelry, to put on bridal makeup, bridal Mehandi, to be the center of attraction of her wedding function, to look the most beautiful bride ever, to get dressed in her favorite dress which she had chosen since months or sometimes even a year, to get ready in pre-wedding functions and to make her wedding perfect wedding which she has dreamed since her teenage life...Why would not anyone enjoy their wedding?? Especially, girls, they will get a chance to showcase their beauty and ornaments, for a day.  It is the dream of every girl to do all these things since when they start to understand the meaning of marriage. A girl would be ready with all the things but will face difficulties in finding a perfect groom, who would support her craziness of marriage as much as she likes. Every girl and a guy once in a lifetime get an opportunity to be Groom and Bride for a day and they should be excited and be happy about it as one day is enough to celebrate that status of bride and groom.

Sia was ready with her groom to get married and all things of wedding dress, venue, photoshoots, reception venue, her Mehandi Artist, her dancing steps, her Haldi dress, her entry till the Mandap, her make-up artist and DJ was booked in advanced. All the ceremony before the marriage and its venue was also booked and as lucky as Sia was, Sameer did not interfere in anything and he had just one job to do, and it was to show up on the wedding day at the right time. She had all planned out, and could not wait for more to get married. Sameer and Sia met four years ago in engineering college. It was the most famous couple of “Expert engineering college”. Some envy that couple, some tried to break it, some secretly loved them and some openly adored them. Sia, who had an average height, long hair, round face with big beautiful eyes, eyes filled with innocence. She was average in her study, had to help nature, was so gullible, extremely extrovert, kind, and always happy. She always wore only one makeup which was her smile. That beautiful smile with that innocent eyes-she could take the breath away of many boys of her college, and outside of her college too, but she almost used to spend all of her time in college only. 

Many boys had changed their fields and timing just to be with Sia in the class. Sameer on other hand was very different; he was different from all those boys and different from Sia too. Sameer was tall; he had blue eyes with a jaw face.  He was so clever in his studies and extremely shy. He was just afraid to look at any girl directly inside and outside of his college. He was introverted when things related to girls come up, otherwise, he was not so shy or introverted around people. Sameer was a guitarist but it was hidden talent as nobody knew that but only him. He used to mind his own business only, without getting in much contact with anyone. Almost all boys from all fields were gathered around the girls and Sameer was not comfortable around girls so he would just keep himself with him and would attend classes and return to his place. Everyone thought of his an arrogant one, as he did not entertain anyone ever without any work-related talks. 

Sia and Sameer both were in the IT field. They were in the same year, the same field of engineering. They both used to attend classes on a regular basis as there was not alternative to not do so. Their college was in an area with a huge campus where there was nothing all around the campus but bushes and college buses. No entertainment center or no place to chill out was there. So those who attended college were usually used to attend all classes without bunking. One day everyone was given a project on-Developing an App for a proper parking facility inside a college. Even though the college had a huge campus, due to multiple divisions and many students, the parking was always stuck up with vehicles and on the time of morning shift to noon shift, the problem was even more and students had difficulty in parking vehicles and second shift students were always making an excuse of parking for being late in class. All the professors with fade up with that an excuse and wanted some solution so the IT department was asked to do its role and expected to come up with a solution.

Everyone was asked to do a brainstorm about app development and how it could be put forward with the least cost and better benefits. To get some more brainstormed, the professor requested all students to give their opinion. As it was most trouble problem the dean of the college put pressure on the IT department’s head. Sia was lost in her own world, staring out of the window at one beautiful peacock. Sia being Sia started talking with her friend about how it would be awesome if it rains, so they could watch peacock dancing outside of the window. She did not pay any attention to what the professor was saying. HOD of IT saw that and got angry and asked Sia to stand up and give her opinion on App development. Sia had no idea about that and made fool of herself. Some students mostly girls, who were jealous of Sia because of her looks and attracting boys over her beauty, started laughing at her as she was later asked to get out of class. There it was cupid running over Sameer’s head and it hit Sameer with one sweet yet sharp arrow. Sameer saw Sia the first time and he could not take his eyes off her; she was standing with her eyes on the ground, humiliated to be thrown out of class. As she was walking out of class, Sameer’s heart was running. Sameer has not had ever see Sia or any other girl before in a way, he was looking that day at Sia. He forgot to blink for two minutes. He got lost in those beautiful eyes of her which he saw just for fractions of seconds and did not even realize that she was no more in class. Sameer had never seen Sia before and his heart was asking his eyes that why it had not seen her before. He calmed his uneven heartbeats by drinking water. He could not use his head throughout that lecture and kept thinking about her. It was a very unusual activity for his head and his heart as well. He did not know how to feel that feeling of love. “Love? No, No..! How you could just love her in few seconds without knowing her”, he questioned himself. After a week he saw Sia talking with some boys in the mechanical field. Maybe it was natural for Sia to talk with some guys and she might be doing it for a long time on a daily basis but as Sameer had never seen her before, he also had never noticed her talking with guys of any other field or same field as his. Sameer saw Sia talking with them; he felt like someone had reached through his heart and pulled it out, twisted it, and had put the heart back at his original place with twists and curls all over his heart. After that incident Sameer tried to keep a safe distance from her because he did not want to feel that way, for any girl, he did not want to attract towards her that much, that any small activity of her could hurt him.  But cupid was on his job and was performing his (cupid’s) duties very perfectly. 

Wherever Sameer would go, he would find Sia there. She was in the same field as his, so there could be a reason that he was finding her everywhere, or his heart had requested his eyes to keep an eye on her till Sameer’s heart was satisfied so his eyes were following orders given by heart. Neither Sameer could ignore her nor he could see her with someone else or sometimes even when she was alone, he had a fear that what if she would come up and tried to talk with him and he would be so nervous and anxious that he could not even reply to her and will make a fool of himself and will disrespect her. He had enough of it and he was tired and frustrated to act stupid and ignorant around her so one day he gathered all the courage he had and asked her, “Why do you talk with every boy but with me?” Sia replied with, “Hey..!! I did not know you can speak to humans. I have never seen you having a conversation with anyone ever. I thought you talk with dogs only.” Humiliated yet Sameer found that reply funny and that was how their relationship started. Sameer used to bring a red rose daily for Sia, and Sia had them saved in her bag, even though they were dried. They knew each other for four years and fall for each other daily and their love increased day by day and Sameer was so happy that he gathered his courage and could ask Sia what he had in his mind.
