The morning sun shines through my window, waking me from a restless sleep. I had been out half the night looking for Rowena so I could warn her that her brother knew of her defiance, but I could not track her down. I tried to track her scent from the Full Moon Square, but that is where my trail ended. Her scent seemingly disappeared.
Even though I defied my Alpha's orders, I am still eager to know how Ro's first shift went. Instead of heading straight to Alpha Luca's office, like I usually would each morning, I head straight to Rowena's room.
