Fade Ceremony Thirty-Three: Jack I don’t know how to feel watching my two mates. They are so close to each other as Ruby is huddled under Tim’s arm in the backseat. He makes eye contact with me, that’s when I realize that I have let my walls down once more. I hurriedly slam them back up and look at the road ahead of me. I absolutely hate the way he looks at me. With concern and I don’t know what else. It felt like hope. Hope for what I don’t know but I don’t think I will be able to survive if I lose him.
