Chapter 2 Everyone knows the cafeteria is the worst place to have a conversation. With all the noise, the scraping of chair legs against the floor, and the weird (and kind of disturbing) sounds coming from the back where the dishwashing machines are, talking isn’t much of an option. But shouting is. It’s what Jeremy Spinner is doing now, hands cupped around his mouth.
