Statement of Ms. Eleanor “Elle” Westbrook (January 17th, 5:30 PM, interviewed by Doctor Regina Daniels) Dr. Daniels: So after you trudged through the snow and reached the road grader—and that must have been quite a task on January 2nd, when there was so much accumulation—you say you used a broom to clean off the moldboard—is that correct?
