Chapter Thirty Three

2072 Words

As I pulled the yellow, simple sundress over my head, I couldn’t help but feel hopeful. It was going to be a good day. I just knew it. Fastening the simple white leather sandals onto my feet and moving on to trying in vain to tame my hair. I hadn’t brought any of my hair styling bits, not even a hairbrush. Running my fingers through it to get it to look slightly neater. I opted not to wash it, if I did it really wouldn’t stay put. After checking out, I headed straight for the shop that the lady at the desk had said would be the best place to get a new phone. It was really early, but I needed to get a move on. I wanted to be sure I was going to find him before I abandoned my flight at lunchtime. Even with the thin cardigan, it was just slightly chilly, but no doubt would warm up quickly.
