Chapter 3“So, tell me about this neighbor guy,” his best friend, Lawrence, said to Alan over lunch at their favorite bistro Friday afternoon. Everyone called him Lorrie; it suited the adorably cute, buoyant blond way more than the more sophisticated Lawrence. Over the years since their friendship had developed back in grade school, Alan and Lorrie had been mistaken for brothers many times.
