Aliana was just sitting in the back compartment of Davidson's car, while Davidson was just leaning on the compartment next to Aliana. He accompanied Aliana as she cried until she calmed down. Davidson feels Aliana's pain, he feels the pain in her heart.
Davidson just kept quiet and listened to Aliana's complaints, and he thought it was a good idea that he brought Aliana to where they were because she needed it.
