Shanaia frowned at what Joaquin said.
“What do you mean by that?” she asked.
“It means you just made me fall in love with you more,” he answered.
“Don’t say that. You are not capable of love,” she told him and Joaquin nodded.
“That is true, but since I have seen you, I feel like I have grown a heart and it only beats for you,” he said.
Shanaia sneered.
If he wasn’t some kind of lunatic who kidnapped her, she would have been swooned by his smooth sweet words.
“If you just let me, I can prove you wrong and make you fall in love with me,” he told her.
“I didn’t give you a chance before when I thought you were just a normal public servant. The hell I’ll let you be in my life when you are a conniving lying snake. Let me go back to my family then we won’t have a problem,” she replied.
