Unexpected little appreciation...
Sofia should one of the people to do the food tasting, but she ended up in the kitchen.
"We have exactly one-hour Ms. Sofia to present the menu." Her assistant reminded her.
"Is everything ready?" She asked.
"Yes ma'am!"
"Alright let's start! Do what you need, and I'll do my part." She said and start to manage the dish.
It was unexpected for her, but they don't have the choice and they can't cancel this event. It is day one preparation before the opening.
"Our guests are coming!" Her assistant announced making Sofia's heart leap.
"Lara just relax, we can do this!" Sofia said but more likely to herself.

"Lara you can do the plating now; I'll just clear myself in the powder room." Sofia said as she removed the toque and left the kitchen.
