Nobody knew that this would happen. I never thought of it even once, that I would be lying here with my face on the dry dirt with the rest of my comrades. I never thought he would do this...
Wait....
Who was it again?
I don't know.... And why don't I know?!!!
I feel so pathetic.
Although I just lie down here half-awake without moving, I feel as if my head is spinning. Then the ground, it is shaking like a mountain fell down on it. It becomes stronger and stronger each time. I got this pain in my chest, a feeling that I have broken two to four of my ribs. It's getting harder to breathe....
My father used to tell me how many ribs he has broken throughout his career, but it never broke his spirit. Although he doesn't have a power, he sure has a stronger spirit than me.
I remember what he said to me a long time ago: "As long as you can sip air, the fight is not over."
I thought that this is a ridiculous thing to say. "So do I have to use a straw to sip air?" is what I used to say, joking about it.
I don't know why I still remember that. Maybe because I understand what he means now.
That's right...
I sip the air through my mouth, then I realize I was closing my eyes. I open it just to see the surrounding area getting dark from the shadow of a foot of a lava titan. Lava and hot rocks fall down from its glowing red sole. I sense that my comrades are still breathing. They're alive, and I am here! And I must do this now or never.
I stand up and not minding the pain I feel. Although it is risky, there is no choice but to do it!
"Zol!!" I yell.
"Alright," he answers.
"GOD MODE!!!!"

His eyes turns grey and his hair is tainted with different colors like stars in a galaxy as it floats like it ignores gravity. The rubble around him levitate, his feet leaves the ground, he floats in mid-air. He looks above when the blazing hot sole of the titan comes crashing down on him. He raises his palm, his comrades regain consciousness and witness the feet of the titan shrinking as he closes his fist.
A second later it explodes violently, making the titan roar in pain and slowly falling under his own weight. That head that soared above the clouds comes falling down to earth like a meteorite.

"Fist of twenty:" I utter, preparing my left fist. "PUNCH TO THE HEAVENS!!!"
My punch goes through its body up to its head. Then like thunder it sounds, and like a huge bomb that's been detonated. It is split into half, and I could see the clear sky above me. There is no debris falling on us, except the light from the sun that shines over us. I feel relieved but tired after I used that power. My hair and eyes return to normal. I fall on the ground so I just closed my eyes to prepare myself for the pain of falling.
But then someone grabs me from behind and weakly says, "You're growing fast, my boy." I know this voice, it's Lady Aurelia. "Faster than what's growing inside your pants!" she laughs then coughs blood.
What??!!!
"Is this a time to joke about that?" says another. I think that voice is Lady Mila's. She puts my left arm around her shoulders, and together they carry me. I look around and I can't see my other comrade.
"Where is Darius?" I ask.
"There," nods Lady Aurelia ahead.
I see him lying on the ground, but then instantly stands up crawling with his hands and feet against the ground like a gorilla. He yells, "WHERE IS HE?!!!"
"It looks like he's fine," says Lady Mila then her tone suddenly drops, she looks down. "How could he do this?"
"Who is he again?" I ask, recalling my distant memories. I don't intend to recall so far, but since you are new to this world, I guess I should tell you about it and how a human like me is able to harness the power that reduced a titan into dust.
Two thousand years ago, the original gods of Olympus still lived. The world of humans was just starting to thrive, and the gods sometimes intervened to distract themselves from their long, and boring eternal life. They treated humans like pieces of a board game. That time of peace was called, "The Beginning." That's when Kronos was reincarnated after thousands of years after his defeat against his children. The Olympians were confused about it, because they still see the corpse of the titan Kronos that they buried in the Depths of Tartarus. They figured out that the reincarnated Kronos was a son of other gods outside the Realm. They were sure by this because they still remember how they fought Kronos, and what his power was. Gaia also told them that there are other gods across the universe. The difference is that this reincarnated Kronos is not a titan, but a god wielding that fearsome power of Chaos. The name of the reincarnated Kronos was Torantus and claimed that he does not know who Kronos is, and why he has this power, instead he just sought a new home for his people that's been wandering for millennia through the ends of space. The Olympians didn't believe him, and the conflict was born. The three-decade-long war has nearly destroyed the Earth. Athena, the Goddess of Wisdom found out that Kronos intentionally sacrificed his immortality in order to live forever. It is to trade with the power of the Universe, to sacrifice his beating heart to the sun. He threw it to the sun when he knew that he was about to lose.
For thousands of years, the power of Kronos was passed down through generations of gods that age as fast as humans, but the power itself is still as strong as the original Kronos. Athena told this to the other gods after they won the war. The people of Torantus fled from the Realm, and wandered across the vastness of space, with the hatred against the Olympians deeply engraved in their hearts. Torantus was heavily injured for he fought against the twelve Olympians - which themselves too, were heavily injured.
The powers of the Olympians have been weakening as they age, and the thing that they call "eternal life," is only a representation of their long age, but they will die eventually, leaving Olympus powerless. Athena proposed that all of them should sacrifice their long life, for the "real" immortality. The Twelve Olympians agreed to it, but the lesser gods declined. They were forced to sacrifice themselves, and it was a terrible m******e of the gods, done by the Olympians to protect the Realm and their own power. For the sacrifice, included tearing apart the heart of a living god and throwing it into the sun, Helios made a shrine on it, and he was the only god who does not belong to the twelve Olympians that obeyed this order. He was trusted by Athena to do it to himself, because he is the last god that is going to be sacrificed. The death of Helios marked the "Age of Immortality." The demigods who were tasked to watch over Olympus had offsprings that acquired the power of the past gods. The new order of Olympus was built. The reincarnation of Zeus didn't rule Olympus anymore, but the ruler was decided by how many humans pray for a particular god. The more devotees a god has, the more powerful he or she becomes. This prospered and created a new political structure among the gods of Olympus and new problems that they have to face. The danger is that not all demigods are loyal to Olympus, and now that they can have the powers of the gods, taking the Realm (the solar system) is now far from being a hopeless dream.
The Olympians were elected by placing their hands on the Cauldron of Devotion - that measures the number of devotees that a god has. The fire is stronger when the devotees are that many. This is done every eight years, and some gods were able to retain their status.
The structure of the Olympian rulers is like that of a pyramid. They call it the Thrones of Olympus. There are fifteen of these in total but have five different levels. The gods that belong to the same level are equal but under the command of those who are higher than them.
The highest seat belongs to the King of Olympus. He is the ultimate ruler of the realm, and his words are absolute.
The second seats were made up of two gods. The right and left hand of the King of Olympus. They are personally picked by the King, and they can be ordered to do things in his stead.
The third seats were made up of three gods. They are treated as generals of the King.
The fourth seats were made up of four gods. They are the strongest fighters of the realm that can be deployed when things get very serious.
The fifth that is made up of five gods, they are the most powerful gods with support-type powers. Examples are gods that can heal people with a single touch of their hands, or other powers that are only used for support, rather than fighting.
The Olympians also established the divisions of force. The "Divine Division," "Advanced Division" and the "Police Division."
The Divine Division is basically the gods of Olympus. It is made out of powerful gods. This division is sometimes called the "Elite Force," and has the potential people that can become an Olympian.
The Advanced Division is an army of demigods and is viewed by the other gods as just an army of brutes and pawns. A number of these demigods served under the command of a god that belongs to the Divine Division.
The Police divisions are mainly composed of humans that are tasked to enforce laws among the other humans, and most importantly, to aid Olympus with their technology advancements.
There is also what is called a "Demigod Clan." There are other six major Demigod Clans, and they are Asgard, Miyamoto Clan, Ra Clan, Telemotu Aiga, Akkadios, and the Apisto. All of which recognize Olympus as the Supreme Clan.
The world never knew countries, but a whole planet that is loyal to one god that sits on the highest throne of Olympus.
And that is my goal....
To be the one who sits on that throne!
As the first human to ever become the King of Olympus!
THAT IS...... MY DREAM!
