It took me a good five minutes before I moved my body from the ground. I brought it upon myself so I have to do as he said. Two weeks isn't that long. We'll do the training if that's what he wants.
“Are you going to keep standing there” Came his voice again snapping me out of my little trance. I slightly passed him a glare without him noticing before proceeding to the treadmill.
“We’ll start from the slowest number when you're balanced then we'll go fast. Do you get it?” I could only nod to his question. I know I'm going to end up with a pain body.
“I’ll press at the count of three.” He places his hand on the machine button. “One.. Two... Three... Go” And the machine began moving in a slow pace. He went on to his own putting it on slow too.
