“At this morning’s earlier meeting at nine o’clock, we heard that our Voyager aircraft had touched down in Bangkok with the skeleton Embassy staff at the precise time of that meeting, now I am in a position to inform you that minutes ago, my office received our first communication from Mr. Young, which he transmitted to us from the Swiss Embassy, which is only across the road from where ours was.
