Penny escaped to the bar as soon as Mystery Man was done with her. It wasn't that she wanted to get away from him as much as...the mortification of some of the stupid things she'd said. She'd tried to be funny, replying with a Simpsons joke, and while she thought he'd understood the reference at the time, now she worried that it made her look childish for referring to a kids' cartoon. In the Jungle, she could hear loud, female voices bragging about all the celebrities they'd met and shagged.
