I couldn't sleep at all. all I could do was toss and turn as I listened to the wind blowing and the sound of the leaves rustling.
My mind was filled with Erika's past story and life. it was very sad to hear it and it got to me badly. I knew my Dragon wasn't dominant enough, after all it took time, training, meditation, and patience for it to gain its full power and strength.
I didn't think much about why she was uncomfortable around me or why Hazel hated me. but now it all made sense, they went through a lot of bad days, and what's worse was that they were merged by force. It was hard as it was to reason with my pheonix and dragon. I couldn't even start to imagine how it was with them when they argued or wanted something different.
