A few weeks have past, and Stuart is really struggling with staying at home or sitting in his office at the gym. He has been doing some light exercise to stay fit but not doing any weights or anything excessive. He is still going along to the training sessions at the club but hasn’t been doing much.
At his hospital visit the doctor said he will need an operation on his shoulder. In a couple weeks he will go in for the operation and will be home to recover the next day. It’s a standard procedure seemingly. He was devastated that he will be out of rugby for a good few months. Danny and Mark came to visit him the other day once the news was out that he would be out for a while. He cheered up a little, but he’s still upset with the whole thing.
