Annabella POV  “Sam!” Nat yells when we round the corner and find the black-haired boy waiting in black slacks and a deep red button-up. My daughter flings herself into his arms but he is quick to pull her away and glance down at her choice of dress with wide eyes.  “Hot damn, babe! Way to pick an outfit that will make the boy sweat!” Samuel appraises, a knowing eyebrow raised up high. She just smirks and winks at her friend. I stand and watch them for just a moment.  They would be good together, I think.  “But you know he's not her mate,” London reminds me.  “Mmm,” I murmur back.
