He fell asleep with difficulty and dreamed of her smiling at him, taking his face in her palms and letting him feel her smooth skin.  He had had trouble falling asleep in the last few days because she was too close and yet she kept the distance from the two of them and kept him in check. He opened his eyes when he felt a movement in the air, and a presentiment warned him that something strange was happening around him. He opened his eyes and saw her face, hesitantly, looking at him as if she was thinking about how and what to tell him.   Was she really there with him, in front f him, for real, or was it just a dream?
