Jacob’s pov
I admit I was jealous and angry knowing that Catherine was up to something with my beloved. But then I remembered that I was going to try talking her into letting us play with her before I got rid of her, now it was like it was her idea.
Cassie’s tasted amazing off of her hands, I knew that little tease would never be enough for me. One positive side to the mate bond blocking spell was that it made me feel less connected to her the more I took, so it kept my instincts to have her at bay.
I am glad I am not one of those shifters as I don’t think I could put up with a complaining voice in my head, always wanting their other half. I mean, the mate bond is a big enough pull as it is, and I need a straight head to accomplish what I want.
It is going to be so much fun
