"Do you mean to tell me that some strange werewolves barged into my pack and killed a large number of my warriors?" Triston asked with a serious face.
"Yes, and that’s not all." Brian said as he drew out Leo’s clothes that had been hanging on his waist and handed them to Triston.
"I also found that..." he said. "Um, I think Leo is dead." Brian said in a shaky voice. Sage was watching them from inside the car. She couldn’t hear what they were saying, but she was trying to read their gestures. She spotted her son’s shirt that was covered in blood on Triston’s hand. Her heart started beating rapidly as she stepped out of the car and ran toward them.
"Did you find his corpse?" Triston asked, with a sad expression.
