Serenity felt a figure directly beside her in an instant. It was Leon at her side and Alexander was standing in front of her. She looked for where the yells were coming from and then a group of children came running into view. They were running away from another child who had a painted red sword. Serenity took a few steps out of the protective barrier around her, by Alex and Leon, so she could see clearly what was going on.
The group of children suddenly stopped and the one turned to face the others. “As your king I command you to fight and destroy the evil princess before she brings evil to the world.”
“Let’s get her” another child shouted. The children charged the single child, who was being the Crimson Princess, and she fell to the ground pretending to be dead.
