Somehow, Kendall and I sneak out of my parents’ house without being stopped by anyone, which is a small miracle, considering how many people are here. We climb into the Range Rover, and I’m tempted to pull her into the back seat and make love to her right now, but I also don’t want to rush being with her again. There are things I need to say to her before this night is over, and it won’t be in my parents’ driveway.
