Aphrodite A bright white light flashed behind my eyelids, and I snapped my eyes open, gasping as pain violently ripped through me almost instantly. I felt my wolf healing me, my broken bones snapping back into place with a speed that knocked the breath out of me. I lay there for what felt like hours until the only thing I could feel was the dull ache of the excruciating pain I'd endured. Slowly, I sat up and wiped the blood that had dribbled down my chin with the back of my hand, smearing it across my face. With deliberate, calculated steps, I marched towards the doors of the mansion, my footsteps echoing in the silence as my eyes grew red with uncontained rage. I could smell my targets nearby, and my claws itched to draw blood. My tongue salivated with the urge to taste their fear.
