Lucas’ expression turned even darker as he looked at Lily throwing up in Zachary's arms. Zachary looked worse than when Lily vomited all over him in the restaurant. Zachary was clearly provoking him intentionally by demonstrating his love for Lily.
Zachary was unfazed by Lily’s vomit. He just removed his jacket and then helped Lily walk to the bathroom. He wiped the vomit off her and took a hot towel to wipe her face and hands. He then carried her to the bedroom and placed her gently onto the bed, covering her with the quilt.
