Malek was sulking, and I think he was afraid of something. And what that something is, I don't quite know. I'd like to find out though. So I followed him after breakfast when Rylan went in search of Aspen.
What Malek had to tell me made me want to suffocate him!
"Are you mad?!"
"I didn't know that she didn't know. I thought…. That had to be the reason."
He's still living in the world of Tatiana and it was getting on my nerves.
"I know what you're going to say, and I'm sorry. Okay? Geez. I didn't know. Why didn't Rylan just tell her?"
"You're too dense."
Malek gave me a narrowed look but I didn't give a damn. I have to find out what happened between them. Rylan was happy this morning so maybe she didn't mind being his mate. Maybe they're together now, for real.
