Ivy: "Again," Arbor shouted. My fingers dug into the grass I had fallen to. Sweat dripped down my face, falling to the ground like my blood did. On shaking legs, I stood. The wind hit my body just right. I swayed in its rhythmic dance, my head swimming with uncertainty. I don't think I will ever get this. I was sure I might bleed out if I didn't get it soon. That was the only thing I knew, without a doubt. I squeezed my hands, forming fists and letting my nails dig into the wounds I had repeatedly cut into.
