Damon: The moment her force fields collapsed, I was consumed by fear. Riot caught Arbor mid-fall; I landed on my feet on Ransome's back, running for his tail when I caught my balance in the raging wind. "Damon, don't! We will get her!" Ransome screamed, but I was too far gone in my fall to the dark waters my love had conjured to wipe out those rotten beings. "Find her!" I commanded my shadows. Wrapped around my wrist, I dove into the waters in search of her, my brave Princess. I couldn't help but recall the night her sadness called me to her. She was ready to die that night, prepared to lay down and wait for my being to come and walk her into the spiritual realm.
