Life at school for the next two weeks had settled into a routine. Wolf concentrated on studying his lessons, and taking care of the horses and Shadow. The weather turned very cold and riding horses on the weekend trips started to be a real chore. The Raven told him that the horses and the wolf did not seem to care that it was cold. He also reminded Wolf that it would get a lot colder. They actually had to compete in the horse games when it was freezing. So it came as a relief to Wolf when it was time to break for Christmas.
