We all held our straws in closed fists as the Alpha took the last one. With a nod from the Delta, we turned to open our fists one by one. The next words spoken were ones of both defeat and annoyance. “Well….shit….” The biggest smirk of my life grew on my face at who got the short straw. Cocky Prince Boy was going to have to interrupt Kie and his brother. I knew Kie well enough to know she would kick his ass for it, and I was more than delighted at that thought. “Have fun.” I quipped, not even trying to hide my amusement as he made his way out of the room, muttering. Thank the Goddess, it wasn’t me.
