Up until about five years ago, probably some time in 1995, we had to call the various airlines' travel agent support numbers for every little thing we needed. I swear we spent half the day on hold with those people. Hello, headache time!"
"I can imagine," Jen sympathized.
"People are so absent minded. You'd never believe how many customers forget their flight information in a panic at the last minute. With Travel Net, we can search by name, social security number, particular airline with date, or airport by date."
