Chapter 4The last thing Caryn was in the mood for was packing, but if she didn’t do it now, she would have to get up at an obscene hour and do it then. Her body already felt like molasses. The time spent with the adorable blackjack dealer had been exactly what she’d needed. In hindsight, however, it had left her lazing around the pool for hours after he’d left, unwilling—and largely, unable—to do anything but relive how wonderful he’d felt. She’d packed few items for this trip, which meant her clothing was done in just a few minutes. The diamonds came next, but those didn’t go in her checked luggage.
