Chapter 6Sunday
Jack and Carlo took Sunday off. They slept in and Jack familiarized himself with Carlo’s and now his house. They spent a lot of time talking about Beau and Jack and Carlo finally got around to telling him about Stephen.
“Stephen was a lawyer who came to give a guest lecture to my family law class. He was a noted litigator considered to be the best in his area of expertise. He told me he spotted me in class and was I quote, ‘astounded by your beauty.’ I was completely suckered into his honey trap.”
