Stormy's pov:

Kai got a little shocked to see my attire, but he instantly covers his expression and focus on the road.

"Where are we going...?" I ask him, opening the laptop so I can elaborate to him on all my planning and inform him about the traitor in their company.

"Party..." Hearing his words, I instantly look toward Kai with an angry expression "Why the f**k you didn't tell me before that you are taking me to the party..." I almost scream at him because I am wearing nightclothes and there is no makeup on my face.

"I told you about the fund's matter, I thought you'll guess it..." He replied so casually.

"Are you mental, I am not a God Kai, I thought we'll go to the office to discuss the fund's matter..." I scold him.

"Don't f*****g scream at me..." He said to me in a very deep and warning tone, I stare at him with narrow expressions.

"f**k you..." This time I scream at him with so much rage, he stops his car in the middle of the road and is about to say something to me but god knows what happened to me and he starts his car once again.

"Never order me again in this tone Kai, or else I'll break your teeth..." I said to him but my gaze was fixed on the road.

"I'm tolerating you only because of my father and if he hadn't forced me to pick you up from that bastard's Max's house, I would never have seen your face..." He said grinding his teeth in rage.

"Don't grind your teeth too much or else they'll fall out, (I turn my face to look at him with bitchy expressions ) by the way, feelings are mutual. I am also tolerating your crazy ass because of your father..." I said to him in a bitter tone, then turn my face towards the window.

"The party is organized on the top floor, there is a shop on the 10th floor, you can buy clothes from there for yourself, " He said, increasing the speed of his car.

Is he trying to scare me with the speed of his car? I ignore his behavior and begin to tell him about my plans, at some point, I see surprising expressions on his face, and at some point, he was staring at me with unexplained emotion.

"Would you open your f*****g mouth and say something? For the last half hour, I am explaining my plan to you but you haven't said a word, at least tell me if I am wrong at any point or you want me to make any changes in any plan... "His mindless behavior made me shout at him in anger once again.

He stops his car in front of the hotel, I look outside of the car then I look at Kai, " Do you honestly want me to shop, for my dress from here. You know right these hotels have only Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel, Dior, Hermes, Valentino, Burberry, Versace types of brands and they all are too expensive brands..." I said to him but he raised his brow at me.

"I have enough money that I can afford a dress for you and in return, you convince people to arrange funds for our company, " he said getting out of the car and passing the key to the valet boy.

"And you only need to arrange 50 million dollars because I have another 50 million dollars..." He said,

I run my fingers through my hair in anger and chase him inside the hotel, we were walking towards the elevator when he suddenly holds my hand, I look at him with a questioning look but he didn't say anything.

"Why the f**k you are holding my hand..." I ask him, looking at his grip on my hand.

"People are staring at us that's why?" I remove my gaze from our palms then look around, he is right people are honestly staring at us.

I instantly close the elevator door, "why your heart is beating so fast..." Kai asked, staring at my chest

"Mind your own business..." I said to him in an extremely rude tone, he once again grit his teeth glancing at my face but didn't say anything to me.

"Keep this card, buy something good for yourself, and come to the top floor, " he said opening the door for me.

I stepped out of the elevator and look at the card, "is there any money in It, or is he fooling me. Stormy before entering any shop just check the card..." I told myself and moved toward the machine to check the card.

Thank God it has enough amount, with this money I could buy three Rolls Royce for me.

I walk inside the Gucci showroom and start touching the different dresses, their fabric, their smell, it feels like, I am touching them for the first time.

Suddenly my gaze falls on the gorgeous Black Dress, which has been kept inside the glass case, I move towards that dress and was about to pull it out "It's already sold Ma'am, you can buy another dress..." The gorgeous lady said

"I only want this dress At. All. Cost, " I said to her in a final tone, pulling the dress out of the hanger.

"It's not possible ma'am, the person who bought this dress is the owner of this hotel and if I give you this dress, I will lose my job..." She almost begs me.

I sighed heavily...

Then I passed the dress back to the gorgeous lady, I truly like that dress, it was the masterpiece of Gucci. if I was old stormy I would use all my power to get that dress but right now my condition isn't allowing me to do, anything that put me in trouble.

When I came out of the changing room after half an hour, all the people inside the showroom were staring at me with wide-open mouths and eyes.

I was about to leave the showroom when I bumped into someone, "can't you see you jerk..." I almost scream at the man without looking at his face, I am upset, very, very upset because of that Black dress.

I was about to leave the showroom but someone put the gun over my forehead, I stopped and twirl to see who has put the gun over my head. But found a mid-25-year-old man, I shook my head slowly then hit his private part so painfully.

That man screams in pain, holding his member, and at the same time, I pull the gun out of his hand and put it over his head. I have no plan to shoot him because it's not my country and there is no one standing behind me to protect me from any crises, that's why I take out the rexine of that gun and throw it away.

Feeling someone's skin-piercing gaze on me, I rolled my eyes and found a handsome 50-year-old staring at me with a smile.

"Are you a guest of this hotel..." The old-looking man asks me.

"Will you stop staring at me with this smile, it's irritating..." I said to him then move towards the elevator.

The door of the elevator was about to close when someone put stuck his foot between the doors, I tilt my head and saw the same 50-year-old handsome man standing in front of me. Looking at his personality and his dangerous aura, my mind is telling me that he is a very powerful man.

The old man steps into the elevator with his man, who was staring at me as if he'll eat me. I glare at that man back with the same rage as he is showering on me with his expressions.

"Floor no. " the old man asks, I remove my gaze from the old man's bodyguard and glance at the old man.

"Top floor..." I replied

"It's a private Floor, " the old man said,

"I know, " I replied to him, turning my gaze to the other direction and rubbing my palm on my face in frustration.

"Are you upset about something...?" The old man asks,

"Could you please stop taking interest in me..." I said to him in a low tone, walking out of the elevator.

I found bouncers standing at every point, I move towards one of the bouncers "which path would lead me to the party..." I ask one of the bouncers

But the bouncer was busy staring at me, I snap my fingers in front of him that's when he removes his gaze from me and start staring here and there.

"Those who have an invitation can enter the party..." The bouncer said,

"Invitation...? But I don't have an invitation, " I said to him.

"Sorry miss, we aren't allowed to let..." Before he completes his words, someone cut his words off in the middle

"She is with me..." The strong voice said from my back, I twirl and saw the old man standing behind me.

"Sorry Boss, I wasn't aware..." The old man shows his palm to that bouncer and he stops explaining himself, then he turns his face towards me.

"Let's go in Ms. ?" He said Miss word in a questioning manner.

"Fiona..." I replied, glancing into his eyes.

"Would you mind if I hold you...?" He asks,

Before he wraps his arm around me, I wrap my arm around his arm. "You are making me feel so young, " The old man said,

I smile looking at his face "stop flirting with me Mr. You can't afford me, " I said to him, walking towards the party area.

Damn! There is a crowd of guests, every corner of this ball field is decorated with white lilies and white roses. The taste of the host of the party is amazing as everything is looking so exquisite and outstanding here.

I got so busy looking at the decorations that I didn't even notice where Kai is standing.

Suddenly I felt a breath near my ears, I remove my gaze from the decoration and turn my face, the Old man is standing very close to me and his lips are very near to my ear. "every person at this party is getting jealous to see me with the beauty like you..." The old man said, looking into my eyes with a gentle smile.

For a few seconds, I keep staring at him then I turn my gaze towards the guest and to my surprise, all the guests were staring at me.

Unexpectedly my gaze falls upon Kai and his father. that bastard Kai, he knowingly left me out, so that he can make me embarrassed in front of those bouncers.

Seeing Kai, the fire of anger started burning inside me, I immediately left the old man's hand and in anger walked toward Kai.

He got up from the chair, seeing me standing so close to him. I pick the glass of wine from the table and empty it over his face.

I thought Kai would scream at me, he would fight with me but he is staring at me as if he is staring at an angel who just comes out of heaven.

I remove my gaze from Kai and look at Mr. Brown. " If your son keeps messing with me, it would get difficult for me to work in your company Mr. Brown..." I told Mr. Brown looking at him with so much rage.

"You are sounding...Sounding so..." Kai is stuttering too much that's why his father completes his sentence.

"Fiona..."

"Because I am Fiona..." I said to Kai and put his card in his palm.

Kai and his father put their palms in their mouths and start staring at me with more surprising expressions.

"So you are the guest of Brown Family..." The old man said coming close to me, I look at the Old man then look around, still! all guests are staring at me. Damn! Don't they have other things to see?

"what have you done with yourself?" Kai asked, pulling me close to him.

Mr. Brown glared at Kai for his behavior then look at Mr. Brown with so much respect.

"Thank you for inviting us..." Mr. Brown said to the Old Man.

Oh! So this old man is the host of this party, The old man look at Kai with a cold expression. "I didn't expect you to show me your gross after the way you killed my man, " the old man said in a very cold tone.

Kai first made a very uncomfortable face then looked at The old man "you need me the way I need you, he was misbehaving with me so I punished him for his behavior..."Kai said,

" I'll deal with you on this matter later..." The old man said and once again look at me.

"Can I have the first dance with you?" The old man asks, Kai's grip tightened around my waist, " I am here for work not to enjoy this party, Excuse me, " I said to the old man with a polite smile.

"I don't like hearing no...?" The old man said and his words forced me to look at him once again.

"Then you should learn Mr," I said to the old man, looking into his eyes.

"Fiona..." Mr. Brown calls my name, I remove my gaze from the old man and look at Mr. Brown.

"Sorry, Mr. Kelvin but this girl is a little crazy, I am extremely sorry for her behavior..." Mr. Brown said,

"Kelvin, the Gangster..." I said in a loud tone, the entire ballroom become silent hearing my words.

"No one never calls me the gangster on my face..." Kelvin said

I smile hearing his words, then look into his eyes. " I think you need to learn so many things, Let's dance because now I am interested..." I said removing Kai's arm from my waist and holding Kelvin's palm.

Kelvin raises his one brow at me in a questioning manner, "May I know what suddenly changes your mind...?" He asked, leading me towards the dancing area.

I guess Kai was trying to come to me but I heard Mr. Brown's words, "Let her go, she is capable to handle herself..."

"There is a party at my cruise tomorrow, I would be glad if you join me..." Mr. Kelvin said,

I put my palm on his shoulder and he put his palms on my waist. We both are staring at each other, "I'll think about it..." I replied him

We both start swinging our bodies according to the music, "I think you like this song..." Why won't I like this song, after all, I grew up listening to this song. It's my Dad's favorite song.

"It's my favorite song..." I said, looking in another direction, I can feel many gazes at me but their gazes aren't bothering me as I am facing the limelight since I was a small baby.

"Are you Kai's girlfriend...?" Mr. Kelvin asks, I turn my gaze back on him and glance into his eyes.

"I recently joined his business, " I replied to him, few of my hair strands fall in front of my eyes, I was about to remove them but Mr. Kelvin remove those hair strands from my eyes.

Suddenly two men walk near us, Mr. Kelvin stops dancing to see them standing near us, Kelvin raised his brow at them but both the man pulls their guns out of their pockets and point at Kelvin.

"You think after killing me, you both can escape from here..." Kelvin asks those men.

The men were about to shoot Kelvin but kicked one hand, and before the second man understands what is going on? I snatch his gun from his hand.

Now the bunch of black bodyguards, are standing around both the men, but they aren't looking scared of death and I can see that in their eyes.

"Your death has brought you here, (Kelvin said to his bodyguards then look at his men) bring them to the basement, " Kelvin said to his men.

Damn! Why the f**k I am feeling guilty because I know that they weren't professional killers just like Kelvin but to arrange money for Brown & sons company you put their lives in danger... How could you behave so selfish Stormy?

"You saved my life..." Kelvin said but I didn't say anything to him and moved towards the Bar, I order Red wine for myself but my mind is only thinking about the two men, whose life is in danger because of my smart stunt.

I pick my glass and was about to take a sip but Kelvin take the glass from my hand and start staring at me.

I also stare into his eyes, "you are looking very restless...?" Kelvin asks passing the glass back to the sommelier

"Why?... Why do they want to kill you...?" I ask Kelvin, I am breathing heavily and trying my best to calm my emotions but I guess I am too late because tears start rolling out of my eyes.

Kelvin moves a little closer to me to wipe my tears but I step back and turn my gaze in the other direction.

"I think I should leave..." I said to him and twirl to go away from here but bumped into Kai.

"I am not feeling good, please take me back, " I said to Kai, fisting his shirt. Kai is staring at me with a worried expression, then turns his gaze to look at Mr. Kelvin, "I think we should leave, Thanks for inviting us..."

Mr. Kelvin didn't say anything but kept staring at my face, "Hope to see you tomorrow, " Kelvin said then move towards the crowd.

I and Kai instantly walk out of the hotel, he has been holding my hand tightly and calling my name again and again but I didn't reply to him.

Damn! Why? Why I am feeling like this? Why? I am burning in the fire of guilt? Why can't I get those men out of my mind? How? How could I crucify them for my selfish reason? To make my life, I put their lives in danger.

When Kai didn't get a reply from me, he cups my face and forces me to look into his eyes. "What happened to you? Why are you behaving so weirdly? Why aren't you responding to me? Is everything ok? Are you feeling ok?" Kai asks, but hearing his words more tears rolls out of my eyes.

"Fiona..." Kai calls me but this time I see genuine care in his eyes, I don't know why but I wrap my arm around him and start crying on his shoulder like a small baby.

After a long time I am crying like this, last time, I cried on Kabir's shoulder, that too when I was 16 years old.

"I put their lives in danger, how could I be so selfish, how could I have used them for my selfishness, they weren't even criminals? Just to arrange funds for your company, I Crucify them...I crucify them, Kabir..." He tightened his grip around me, then start stroking my hair to calm me but soon I realize that I am not in Kabir's arms.

I push Kai away from me and start wiping my tears with an emotionless expression. "Fiona..." Kai was about to say something to me but before he completes his words I cut off his words.

"We'll get the rest of the money in two days, don't worry We'll save your company..." I said to him, turning my gaze in the other direction.

"You aren't looking fine Fiona..." Kai said, holding my hand once again. I pull my hand out of his clasp, "I am fine, just leave me alone..." I said to Kai

"Fiona before coming here, those men knew about their future, they have chosen their destiny, it's all their fault, not yours so stop blaming yourself..." Kai said, turning my face towards him.

I looked into his eyes, "I might haven't regretted their death if they got their punishment according to their plans but it was me who pushed them into the well of death..." I said to Kai, looking toward the hotel Door.

"Kelvin's son killed their son last year because their son was an undercover agent, I witness that murder with my own eyes, " Kai said, after hearing his word, a punch of guilt once again hit me.

I put both palms on my mouth, Kai put his palm on my shoulder then pulls me for a tight hug.

"Could it be that Kalvin would leave them?" I ask the most stupid question of my life to Kai when I know the truth.

"You have to accept the truth Fiona, now they can't be saved..." Hearing his words, tears start flowing out of my eyes once again.
