"It's urgent..." Max said, looking at me with a serious expression, unfortunately, I already knew what matter he wanna discuss with me.
"Can we leave this topic right here, " I said to Max, taking my hand out of his grip.
"You don't know..." Before he completes his words, I put my fingers on his lips.
I and Max are looking into each other's eyes, "When I said I don't want to discuss this urgent matter with you, it means I am already aware of that urgent matter. Respect my decision if I am telling you that I don't want to discuss this matter with you..." I said, removing my fingers from his lips.
I remove my gaze from Max and look at Laura, who isn't looking happy to see my closeness with Max, but I couldn't do anything to remove her jealousy from her heart.
