Chapter 22: Thunder Flowers.

"Your Highness... Can I come in?"

Lavi is just chilling on his Living room alone. The others are in the city enjoying the 2 hours of Sunlight.

He was drinking tea and he heard Lamar voice outside.

"Lamar? Come in."

Lavi said. Lamar open the door and he greet Lavi.

"So, What bring you here?"

"Your Highness. There's something that Your Father requested you to do."

Lamar said. He was holding a piece of paper. Lavi put his tea down and ask Lamar to sit down in front of him.

"Can I see the paper?"

"Of course Your Highness."

Lamar pull give Lavi the paper and he bowed. Lavi look at the Paper.

"Hm. Lately, There's been a sighting of Crackle of some sort in the Taiga. I feared that there's something with Thunder Element living near that area. Lavi, I want you to investigate that. Can you do it? -Father."

Lavi read the letter. He look at Lamar and said.

"Tell Dad I'm good to go. In fact, I will go right now."

"Yes Your Highness. May your investigation bear fruit."

Lamar said. He took the Paper back and Lamar go back out. Lavi get ready and he left some paper saying that he's going to the Taiga to check what's happening.

Lavi use his Stealth and go to the Taiga where Nick saw the Crackle of Thunder. After 2 Hours in the dark running with Night Vision. Lavi didn't see anything. But then, He heard something. A monster screaming.

And then Lavi saw the Crackle. Lavi immediately jumped there and see that there's only a Woman with short black hair, light purple eyes. Using a Katana. And every time she slashes, A flash of Thunder can be seen.

She's wearing a really thick clothing. She was fighting a Snow Leopard. The Snow Leopard is charging toward her and jumping around.

The Woman take a quick draw pose.

"Thunder Flower!"

Suddenly, Around her body, A flash of Electricity appear. And it fries the Snow Leopard. Suddenly, Her Thunder Flower move to the Snow Leopard all together. And it just kill the Snow Leopard without anything left.

Lavi appear and said.

"Um... I'm sorry. This is the Territory of Shireno Kingdom. And I have received a notice that your Thunder is scaring people in the City."

The woman turn around and see Lavi. She immediately jumped back and take a quick draw pose.

"Who are you?!"

"I'm Lavi Shireno Amidis. The Prince of this Country. And who are you?"

"My Apologies. My name is Nazuna Kuroyuki. I'm thoroughly sorry if I disturb your Country."

"Oh No problem. It just that, People were worried that there's something lingering around the Taiga and they want me to investigate. Anyway, Please don't make anything like this again."

"Yes. I will try not too."

And suddenly. Nazuna stomach rumble. She blushed and immediately crouch down.

"M-My Apologies... But, Can you give me something to eat? I haven't eaten for 7 Days..."

Lavi sighed. He take out a big portion of Dragon meat and give it to her. Nazuna immediately chomped on the Meat with blushed cheeks. After she clean it, She immediately bowed.

"Thank you Your Highness... I owe my life to you."

"Well, What do you want to do now? I bet you don't want to go around the dark."

"Yes... It's weird but, I don't know where to go. I've stuck in this Endless Night. Only seeing light a couple of hours everyday. And As far as Eyes can see, I can only see snows."

Nazuna said. Lavi smiled.

"Well then. Why don't you follow me to the City? You can decide what to do later."

 "Yes. Thank you for inviting me."

Nazuna bowed to Lavi. Lavi and Nazuna run back to the Kingdom. It took them 4 hours because Nazuna kept getting lost when Lavi went too fast.

And after they arrived at Lavi house. Nazune come into the Living room and take her mantle off. She's wearing some sort of White Shirt with button. But she leave one of the button off on the top. It's a Sleeveless shirt and there's frill on the shoulder.

She's wearing a black skirt. And she has a decent breast. Not as big as Gwen or Riri. But definitely bigger than Bianca. Her slim figure was complimented by that chest.

Her Katana is on her left side. She sat down near the Fire Place and said.

"Your Highness. Thank you for helping me. I'm dying from the cold..."

She said. Lavi chuckled. Lavi stand up from the couch and he went to the kitchen. He figures that Nazuna want something warm to fill her up. So Lavi make tea and pies. He put it on the table and said.

"Eat up Nazuna. You're still hungry right?"

Lavi asked. Nazuna turn around and let out an awkward chuckle. She eat the pies and drink the teas. She started yawning.

'She must've been busy running around. I can see that she's really tired.'

Lavi immediately suggested.

"You can sleep on the couch for now. I will wake you up later."

"Thank you Your Highness... Sorry that you have to do this despite being the prince."

"No worries. I'm quite good at taking care of people."

Lavi muttered. He's been taking care of 9 People for 2 years. And it just give him an edge over the competition. Nazuna lay down on the couch. Lavi take his coat and put it over Nazuna.

Lavi go out and call Gwen.

"Gwen. There's a girl that I found when I was doing my task. She's sleeping in the couch right now. So, If you see her sleeping. Don't kick her out okay?"

"Okay Lavi."

"Also, Where are you guys right now?"

"We're just in the castle talking with Elli. Don't worry. I will tell Riri and Bianca about this."

Gwen end the call. Lavi use his Night Vision and walk to the Castle to meet with Nick. Lavi went to the Conference room. And there's Nick and Lamar there.

"Dad. I've got something to report regarding the Thunder Incident."

"Oh Lavi. You come at a right time. Sat down. Lamar, Let's continue later."

"Yes Your Majesty."

Lamar walk out of the Conference Room and Lavi sat down.

"So, What's the result?"

"So, It's not a Monster. It's a person. Her name is Nazuna Kuroyuki. And it seems like she get lost in the Taiga. She can't see because of our 22 Hours Night Cycle. So, I would like you to forgive her for what she do."

Lavi said. Nick sighed and put his hand on the chest.

"Thank god it's just a person. If it's a Thunder Elites. We will be in a deep trouble. Anyway, That's fine. Tell her that It's fine and I forgive her. But Lavi. I tasked you with taking care of her until she find something to do in here."

"Got you Dad. I will definitely do that."

Lavi said. They end the talk about that there. And then. Lavi asked.

"So, What are you talking with Lamar?"

Lavi asked. Nick sighed. He pull one paper from the stack of the paper. It's a letter.

"Just read it."

Nick said. So Lavi take the Letter and read it. After Lavi finishes it he give it back to Nick.

"So... You don't want it right?"

"Yup! I don't want anything to do with Political Marriage~ I only want to marry peoples that I love."

Lavi said. Nick smiled. He tore all the papers apart with his sword.

"Good. I didn't need to consider anything anymore."

Nick said. Lavi smiled and both of them go out. But that does mean that they have to throw all of it away. Lamar come over and help them.

"So, I guess this is the answer?"

Lamar asked. Nick nodded.

"Lavi didn't want any of it. Even if it's a princess from another country. Lavi wants to marry peoples that he love. Right?"

Nick asked Lavi. Lavi nodded aggressively. After they throw away the paper. Lavi go to the Dining Room and see Hailey there.

"Hey Son. You want to eat too?"

"Not really. I just want to say hi to you Mom."

"I see..."

Hailey smiled. After Lavi did that, Lavi go back out and he go back to his house. In there, Gwen, Riri, Bianca and Nazuna are talking about stuff.

"I'm back. Did something happened?"

Lavi pick his Coat from the couch and put it inside his Storage Magic.

"Oh we're just talking about Nazuna Problem. Now that you're here, You can ask it to Nazuna."

Gwen said. Lavi sit down and look at Nazuna.

"What a perfect timing. Dad just told me to take care of you until you find something to do in Shireno. Anyway, What's the problem?"

Lavi asked. Nazuna explained with Sad tone. Her face look incredibly sad.

"You see... The reason why I go to Shireno is because it's the closest Country that I can run away to... The reason why I run away from my Village is because, Dragon God is attacking our village and taking everyone hostage."

Lavi was surprised. Everyone who heard that before Lavi look at him like 'I know. It's unbelievable.'

Lavi look at Nazuna and said.

"Continue please."

"Yes... And after Taking Everyone hostage, The Head of the Kuroyuki Family told me to run away to Shireno and ask for help. The head of Kuroyuki Family, My Grandmother. Received Divination from Althea... And Althea told her to send Me to Shireno and search someone with mark on their left hand."

Lavi immediately look at the others. They nodded 'It's you.'

"I see... You know what, You've come at the perfect time."

Lavi smiled at Nazuna. Lavi take his Gloves off and reveal a mark on his Left Hand. Nazuna look at him and cry.

"A-Are you the Savior that I need?!"

"Probably? I mean, There's 3 People with mark in here."

Lavi look at Gwen and Bianca. They take off their gloves and Nazuna immediately beg them.

"Please save my Family!"

Lavi smiled and pat Nazuna head.

"Calm down. The Dragon God is holding them Hostage right?"

"Yes... It seems like the Dragon God target is me. And because I'm not there, He will be waiting while keeping everyone in hostage."

"That's great. Gwen and Riri. Can you train her?"

"Of course. Nazuna, Come follow us."

Gwen said. Nazuna nodded and she follow Gwen and Riri. Lavi look at Bianca.

"Bianca know what Lavi is going to say right?"

"Yes! Bianca Know!"

"Sorry Bianca... Lavi depends on Bianca again."

 Bianca smiled big. Lavi and Bianca go to the attic and Bianca wear her mask.

'Serene Mind. Limit Break.'

'Soundproof Barrier.'

While Bianca use her Mask Ability. Lavi make a Soundproof Barrier around Bianca so that nothing can disturb her focus.

She immediately strategize on her table. Paper after papers were put to stacks. There's 2 stack in Bianca table. 1 Of them is tall. 1 Of them not so much. The Tall stacks is the failed plan. The Short pile is the successful plan.

Lavi is in the attic for moral support. So that when Bianca finally finished her plan. Lavi is there to witness it and immediately give Bianca a reward.

Hours after Hours passed. The group in the Basement Arena still not come out. They were so focused on helping Nazuna become stronger in short amount of time.

And then eventually. Bianca finished her plan. She open her mask and look at Lavi. Lavi immediately come to her and kiss her.

"Good Job Bianca... Lavi is always helped by Bianca."

"No worries!"

Bianca climb on Lavi back. Lavi read the Plans. After he finalize which plan he want to do, He go back down with Bianca sleeping on his back. Lavi use Shackles to keep her on his back.

Lavi go down to the Basement. Everyone is resting. Lavi hold 3 Paper on his hand.

"Alright. This is the Final Plan that Bianca have prepared for us. Next week. We're going to go to Kuroyuki Family. Nazuna, You don't need to act like a bait or anything. Just stay beside me and we're going to walk with confidence to the Dragon God. The reason I chose something this fast is because if we wait for a month or so, The Dragon God will just kill Nazuna Family."

Nazuna shake her head like she don't want to happen. Lavi nodded.

"And that's why Nazuna. You're going to train with me from now till the next week. No Stopping or anything."

"Yes Your Highness!"

Lavi put Bianca to the Bench. Gwen and Riri sat down. Lavi take his sword out and look at Nazuna.

"Come on. I will pick you up to the sky."

Lavi said with a smile. Nazuna immediately quick draw her katana and swing it to Lavi Neck.

'No hesitation huh. That's great. Already in a great place.'

Lavi lean to the side and do a cartwheel around Nazuna Katana. But then, She change the direction back to Lavi neck.

'Breakneck Draw!'

Nazuna use her skill. Lavi sighed and he vanished. Suddenly, Nazuna felt an intense cold stare and bloodlust from her side.

And it's not a play around either. It's truly Lavi drawing his sword to Nazuna neck with the intent of hurting her.

"THUDER FLOWERS!"

Nazuna screamed her lungs out and suddenly, A bunch of flower shape Thunder emerged from the air. Lavi was struck by a lot of Thunder.

'It's different from before! This is more stronger!'

Lavi thought. He was getting shocked by the Thunder. Nazuna was supported by her Katana to stand up.

As soon as the Shock ended. Lavi body was rising smokes. Lavi stood up tall.

"Nicely done. Rest for now. You get a 100 from me."

Lavi said. The reason Lavi give her that score is because Nazuna managed to counter Lavi Bloodlust and attack Lavi. If she can't do that, She will need to work more on holding Bloodlust back.

But now, She didn't need to. So she only need to polish her Katana and Thunder affinity. Nazuna lay down on the Bench and she rest for a bit. She look at what's Lavi doing.

Lavi is just closing his eyes. He was thinking how strong Dragon God are. He was fighting against him in his mind. For A lot! From Lavi imagination, His power and Dragon God power is similar. But he doesn't know yet.

After all, It's Dragon God. As a species that stronger that Demon, Dragon God is stronger than Demon God.

But strangely. They didn't panicked that much. And there's a reason to that. Lavi is far stronger than before. And they have the key to kill the Dragon God. Nazuna.

Lavi open his eyes. And he make his observation.

'If my observation is correct. Nazuna is what people called the God Child. And if things go well. Nazuna should get the title of the Dragon God after we killed the Dragon God.'

Lavi smiled at Nazuna. She's the key to killing the Dragon God. With that blood in her, She will inherit what the Dragon God have.

Lavi can't wait to fight the Dragon God. Nazuna stand up again. She go back to the Arena and said.

"I'm ready again."

"Good."

Lavi sighed again. Lavi charged at Nazuna. Nazuna already immune to his Bloodlust. So he let out his True Bloodlust. And Nazuna Shivered. She felt the feeling of death for the first time. Lavi decapitate her in an instant. She immediately shake her head and jumped up.

Nazuna immediately draw her sword and a flying s***h go toward Lavi. Lavi swing his sword up and counter the flying s***h that Nazuna send to him.

Lavi jumped and use his Air Walk and punch Nazune on her stomach. Nazuna hit the ceiling. Lavi turn around and swing his sword to Nazuna stomach.

Nazuna immediately put her Katana on her stomach and he fall down in an incredible speed. And as soon as she hit the ground. She jumped away from the initial spot.

And as she expected. Lavi sword stab the ground. Nazuna saw that and immediately quick draw and s***h Lavi neck.

Lavi quickly pull back and dodge the quick draw. Lavi look at Nazuna expression and see the determination to save her family.

Lavi smiled big and said.

"Again! You can do it! Trust me!"

Nazuna immediately send 3 Flying s***h at the same time.

"There you go. You finally evolved."

Lavi dodge that without problem and he use his Ground Shrinker to appear on Nazuna back. The reason why Lavi show her a lot of his skill is to let Nazuna copy it and make it her own.

Not only that. Riri is also looking at Lavi fight. Lavi can just call the others to help him fight the Dragon God. But if he do that. The Dragon God will just run away and they failed killing one of the big threats.

'By no means that Dragon God is easy to kill. But Dragon have a certain weakness against Thunder. That's why Pixel Thunder God Judgement managed to stop the Black Dragon from Moving. It just reset their brain and give people time to kill it.'

Lavi thought.

'And what's Nazuna Element? Thunder. She's the natural enemy of the Dragons. No Dragons can touch her without getting any side effect.'

Lavi once again notices something about Nazuna and the Dragon. Bianca didn't even tell Lavi about that. But Lavi already know.

Step by step. Nazuna become stronger. She managed to copy some of Lavi skills that can be mastered by a lot of Swordsman.

Lavi didn't even bother trying to teach her Blinkstrikes. The reason being is that because Nazuna have her Thunder Flower. So Lavi didn't need to teach her that.

Although, Lavi was thinking to teach her Laserstrikes and let her infused that Laserstrikes with Thunder attribute.

But that will take a long time to master. Probably 1 year to master. They didn't have that much time. And she still can learn that after killing the Dragon.

After finishing the Training with Nazuna for 2 Days straight. Lavi go to Hailey.

"Mom... I have a request."

"Yes Lavi. What is it?"

"So, 5 days from now. Me and Riri is going to go to the Kuroyuki Family to help Nazuna save her family. So, I want you to let us go and not let school get in our way."

Hailey smiled.

"Of course I would let you. But when you go back, You're going to finish the rest of it right?"

"Of course. I will do the thing that we left out. Don't worry about that."

"That's fine then. I will give you permission to go to Kuroyuki Family and save them from the Dragon God. But promise me one thing Lavi."

Hailey turn serious. Lavi asked her.

"What is it?"

"Make sure that you bring back everyone alive okay? I don't want you to lose any single person."

"Yes mom. I will try to bring everyone back."

"Good. Now, Go back to your training."

"Thank you!"

After getting confirmation from Hailey. Lavi can go back to Nazuna and help her train again.
