Lily and I had some good times from yesterday to today, but it came to an end when Mrs. Walter and Mrs. Lincoln got home around five in the evening.
Mrs. Walter and her daughter were grateful for my service. For that, I got a double p*****t today.
They were all leaving tonight for Boston, including Lily's father, who would be joining them anytime soon.
So I had no benefit at the Walters today but returning home and being with my own family.
Lily and I were getting along real well; it was hard convincing her to go with her mom, for she insisted on staying here with me even though she had found out about my nightmares and the fear that lived in me.
