Raj really needed a break before he did something stupid. The proximity to Mia was killing him. At the interval, Raj shot out of his seat immediately. In India, there is a short break of 15 mins in between the movie during the screening in theatres, a break for people to relieve themselves and to buy snacks and non-alcoholic drinks.
He bought some tubs of popcorn and mugs of long black coffees for everyone, took a few deep breaths and sat down for his next round of t*rture.
He wasn't able to concentrate on the movie anyways, so he mused about the last few days.
In his call, when Dane had mentioned Mia’s birthday and her visit to Pune, Raj couldn’t stop himself. He had gone over to her house on Friday convincing himself that he was in Pune only to drop off his half- brother, Sandy
