High school bad boy

Chapter 6

“Stop being such a child dude.“ I said laughing.

“I'm not being a child you were seeing things.“ He said back in a matter fact tone.

“Yeah yeah whatever we are almost there and hurry and pack because I would like to be home before dark.“

“Yes ma´am!“ He said saluting me. 

------------------------------------------Jonathan's POV-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I go inside to find my father sitting there with a beer in his hand watching some program on the T.V That's what I come home to every day. He's been like this since my mother died when I was 7. She had heart cancer. I think about her everyday she was my everything. I go straight to my room to start packing for the weekend I dont know what I should pack so I just throw things into my bag. 

My stepmom wasn't here she was at work for tonight. So it was just me and my dad he's still on the couch he hasn't done anything today he hasn't even made food or made something for the family in years actually the only family I have is Sarah's family and they're like the closest thing I have and I would ever have besides my mom but now that she has been gone I had no one to go to or talk to or anything I know that sounds kind of mushy but like she was my everything. 

I try not to let my father see me while I'm getting ready to get out but it was too late he looked at me and gave me a death glare getting ready to throw his beer bottle at me but I dodged it hit the wall and shattered. 

To sum it up I'll give you a little bits and pieces of my life so my name is Jonathan Levi's I just turned 17 three weeks ago. As you know my mom died from heart cancer and my father is now alcoholic he got arrested a couple of times but that was a few years ago.  My stepmom is really nice to me but she takes my beatings from my father it's never been good for her so I try to let her go to work as much as she can.

I realize Sarah is waiting out in the car so I hurry out the door before he can say anything else.

 "What took you so long?"  Sarah asked me as I got into the car. 

"My father was there " I said as I buckled my seat.

 "Was Ali not there" she asked  and she began driving to her house.

 " no she wasn't there she was at work " I said as we pull into her driveway

 We don't live far from each other it's not even a 5-minute Drive. We get out of the car and we start walking towards the door. Once we get inside the house Tommy is sitting there watching TV he looks at me and gives me a death glare because he knows what I did and why I'm with your sister. Don't get me wrong I think Sarah is really pretty and she is really amazing but I'm not the type that sticks with the girl.  I'm just trying to win this Tommy said I can't get with her but I'm going to prove him wrong. 

"Oh hey Tommy" Sarah says that she goes and sits beside him 

"Hey Sarah" he says as he looks at me.

 "Jonathan can I speak to you for a second" Tommy says as he looks at me.

 "yeah sure whatever just let me go put this away." I said is I went to put my bag in one of the empty chairs in the living room.  I follow him to his room in the first thing he asked me is...

 "what the hell are you doing with my sister!! " 

"She was the one that asked me to go with her I didn't do anything." I said as I looked him dead in the eyes.
