“You have a family meeting scheduled for 6 pm today. Your father said it’s mandatory and it’s a must.” Elias informed me of my schedule for the day.
I sighed as I stood up from my wheelchair and stretched my legs. I had been working all night, and all through this morning.
It was past twelve and I was hungry, I needed a big and hefty meal that would make me smile. I needed a reward and fast.
“Tell the chef to prepare me chicken and rice with salad, I want some pies and donuts to go by 5pm, separated. I plan to branch by the orphanage and have something to eat too.”
I went on to have my shower; as the water poured on my face- I had flashbacks.
