Cassandra felt the cool surface of the wall on her face, and the heavy weight of the attacker on her back was a thorn in her side. Raven roared angrily inside Cassandra as the one holding her prisoner was none other than Landon. She wasn’t paying attention and this gave Landon a chance to sneak up on her and attack her.
A cruel b*st*rd, Raven snarled.
"Why, Landon?" Cassandra's voice was steady, "Aren't you supposed to be with Tessa? Weren't you satisfied with having the daughter of the powerful alpha as your mate this time? I don’t think the moon goddess can bless you more than this."
Landon's grip tightened, and his gaze bore into hers.
"It's none of your business and keep your mouth shut Mamba," he snapped, his voice sharp with irritation.
Cassandra, however, wasn't one to back dow
