"You look beautiful." I snapped my head towards the door to see Nico in his black suit looking handsome.

"You are good too." I said turning my head back to the mirror. He chuckled before walking towards where I am.

"Everyone left, kreo took xahria with him." his arms are wrapped around my waist from behind.

"Can you manage in those heels?" he asked looking at my black heels.

"Yup, if you hold my hand." I smiled in the mirror looking at him.

"I will hold you even if you don't want too." he replied.

"Let's go, I am done." I said.

"I have a surprise for you."

"Surprise? What's that?"

"It's a surprise, wait for sometime." he says kissing my lips.

"It better be something good." I said while he chuckled.

"I am sure you gonna like it."

"Kai and angel aren't fighting right?" I asked him. Yesterday night when we went to our hangout place. Kai and angel fought because angel caught kai kissing some girl.

"Nope, angel is with her date. Kenric didn't tell me everything he just said kai is very angry."

"Woah! Let's hope that kai don't do something stupid."

"Camryan is with kai. He will take care of kai." Nico said. I met camryan yesterday night, my eyes were the size of saucers when I saw him. He is the tallest and muscular one among the boys.

His hair is cut short, he got scars and there is a huge scar on his ear and neck. Nico told me that while rescuing people from fire accident his ear and back got burned leaving a forever scar.

His looks don't define him, he looks scarier and dark but in reality, he is a shy person and he as a happy smile. When I told him he looks like a hulk he blushed. How cute

"There is going to be media and they will be asking questions. Be with me at any cost, don't make them feel you uncomfortable. Smile for the pictures." nico explained. I nodded my head as we reached the resort. The whole outside is filled with people and the media.

Nico stopped the car at valet parking. He came over to open my door, he held my hand and helped me with my dress.

We walked the red carpet together, he have his arm around my waist and another is holding my clutch. I don't understand why he is holding it but it looked cute.

We stopped to pose for the pictures, they asked many questions but I just smiled and started walking.

"They were so many." I whispered to Nico.

"I told you, as it is annual gala there will be media for sure as it involves every famous personality of the country."

"There you guys are!" we heard xahria's voice. My head snapped towards the voice, she is with everyone.

"Hey!" I greeted them. I didn't see angel and her date. Camryan smiled at me while kai is busy frowning. I understood why he is frowning and turned to xaiden who is talking with Nico.

"Let's go and meet the old generation." Nico said.

"Don't let dad hear that he is already frowning about xahria mentioning him as an old man." xaiden says while laughing.

We left the g**g and walked towards where everyone's parents are. I miss my mom and dad. I do a facetime with them every night but still, I miss them so much.

"You look, beautiful darling." Elora said hugging me.

"You too aunty." she really looked beautiful in her black Saree. Elora didn't wear any dress like us, she dressed up in a beautiful black Saree, her hair is styled in a braided bun. Nico told me that his dad Xavier loves when Elora wears traditional clothes. I spoke with everyone before Nico pulled me to somewhere.

"It's time for your surprise." he whispered in my ear.

"Where?" I asked him.

"Turn around." I gave him a puzzled look before turning around. My eyes widen and a huge smile grew on my face. I rushed towards my parents who were standing a few feet away from me with Ishaan.

"Papa... Mama... "

I hugged my dad tightly and he did the same kissing my forehead. My mom rubbing my back while Ishaan laughed.

"I missed you too." my dad said. I left him to hug my mom.

"I miss you guys so much!" I said hugging my dad again.

"We know, that's why we are here because Nikolai told us that you are missing so much." my dad said. My eyes snapped to where Nico is. He have a happy smile playing on his face.

"Thank you." I mouthed him.

"Thank you, sir, for coming here and joining the evening. Why don't you guys sit now that you have met your girl." Nico said showing the table where my family name tag is present.

I sat down in between my mom and dad. Ishaan took the seat beside mom. Nico sat with his family. Everyone sat down with their family. Xavier started the evening with his welcoming speech along with Cyrus, Lorenzo and Devin. Once they are done Nico and Ryder explained the annual report of the business for this year.

I clapped my hands for more than fifty times. Everyone explained about the business statistics. Kreo and Rowen announced the best employees of the corporations.

Xahria and Aubree gave a speech on their mom's organisation. Then kai and Kenric said about their bike racing organisation and schooling.

Camryan didn't stand up as he doesn't want to involve in business. He sat with his mom Zara. I know camryan is feeling awkward because people are looking at his scar which is visible.

Zara held his hand in hers, she is hurt but she is controlling herself. Every mom feels bad when they see their children facing problems. Camryan is a great man, he served for his country. He never came home in these five years. This is the first time he ever returned when he left for the army.

"Don't create a scene here kai." Ryder warned kai as he saw kai glaring at Angel's friend with whom she is dancing now.

"Bro you always ran away when my sister liked you. Now that she finally stopped liking you and it's bothering you." rowen said.

"Because now he likes her and she doesn't," Kenric said and kai glared at his brother. Nico and I told my parents about our relationship. Nico's parents were also there when I told them that I love him.

My father was startled listening to that but he is happy because he admires knights family. We got a green signal from our parents. I can't stop smiling because I am happy.

"Elwen stop texting man and join us." kreo hissed at elwen who is busy in his phone.

"Lately he is becoming busy with his phone." rowen commented as elwen rolled his eyes pushing his phone inside his pockets.

I leaned against Nico looking at my brother Ishaan who is talking with Ryder and xaiden.

"Ryder likes your brother." Nico said.

"Ishaan is friendly with the boys. He likes them."

"It's a good thing."

"Let's have a dance." he says pushing me slightly to stand up. We walked towards the dance floor where already is filled with couples. The old couples already present for the dance.

"I love you." Nico whispered in my ear.

"I love you too."
