ARIEL’S POV It had been a week since the incident at the restaurant, but Davis had not stopped with his attempts to make up for his mistakes. I was glad that he was remorseful for his actions, but giving him a second chance was something I couldn’t just do willingly. First of all, Davis was obviously a player, and I wonder why it took me that long to realize that.
