I had to leave the room; Daisy was going nuts in my head through mind link, wanting to see Brooke.
As soon as I got out of Brooke's bedroom and went into my room, I shifted back. I glanced at the joining room. I was right next door to Brooke’s room.
I quickly got in the bathroom and showered. I made sure I wasn't too long, and once I was out, I got changed.
I left my room and headed downstairs to the lounge, where I found my mother and father with Lesley, Jackson, Alanna and Beta Logan.
My mother turns to me and smiles. “It seems Brooke has taken a shine to Asher,” she says. I noticed the smirk on her face.
I smiled back, and I felt happy that she had taken to my wolf. I could feel Asher feeling happy too.
