Jessica POV
I followed Josh, as he lead me toward the big red building. I was still just wearing a hospital gown and it was cold outside. I wrapped my arms around my body to try and stay warm.
“Sorry, I know it’s cold, I should have grabbed you a jacket, before we stepped outside.” Josh said while glancing at me. I could tell, he was sincerely apologizing. He seemed nice enough, maybe he would help me get out of here, I thought to myself.
“It’s ok.” I replied softly and gave him a small smile.
We walked the rest of the way in silence until we reached the front doors of the big red building.
“This is our pack house. You’ll have a room on the fourth floor, that’s my floor.” Josh said, as he opened the door and motioned for me to enter. I didn’t waste any time and walked in, I couldn’t
