IT HAS BEEN a week ever since what happened at the Wolf’s Palace went down. Prime still hasn’t gotten back to me yet.
When I told him to sort out his issues with Helena first, I didn’t think it would take him this long. I also didn’t think he would take me seriously, but I kind of did hoping for him to do it. It’s just that—is it really that hard to talk to her that he still hasn’t come back yet?
Did he take me seriously or not? Is he even going to do it or not? Is he choosing Helena over me? All those questions circle back and forth in my mind, turning my brain into a muddy mess. I try to forget about him, to forget about all this, to just pick myself over anything else for once, but it’s hard. It’s not like that this issue will affect all the people in between both of our worlds.
