BECAUSE I AM the biggest coward that ever existed in the world, I didn’t even come close to my father’s room. I don’t even know if he’s back or not, I just know that I’m not going there by my own accord because it would be like letting myself be licked with hellfire.
Call me exaggerating, but it is the truth. I don’t want to have to let myself present in front of him, especially by presenting a problem to him. I have had enough of his mood swings over the years, and ever since he disowned me for something that wasn’t even my mistake, it takes a lot for me to see him in the eyes.
