I truly, truly hate when Xanthene says those words to me. It feels like she’s going to give me hell for whatever atrocious thing I did. She sometimes feels like my executioner. For Romano and Lenora too. The three of us always end up at her office, being scolded because we can never behave as right as she hopes. Especially for Romano, Xanthene’s office is like his second home. Considering he’s the one who is going to inherit the leadership as the heir of the Vampyrs nation, it is his duty to become the best Vampyr of us all. But when she tells me to go to her office alone, without my siblings, I can only guess what it is going to be about.
