Chapter Ten- The Dinner

              I walked with my arm locked with Kain’s as we walked into the big building. Everybody was dressed to impress and I hate to admit, but the vampiress’ were stunning. They had a specific glow about them. I looked back at Kain, who must have listened in to my thoughts.             “Cheer up.” He said to me. “You look way better than these women do.”             I smiled and turned my attention back to the front. We made it to the front of the entrance and there was a bouncer there, collecting tickets. Kain took out two tickets and handed it to the bouncer. The bouncer moved out of the way and we walked in. As soon as we got in, I was awestruck at how the inside looked. Whoever’s dinner this was knew how to impress their guests. I felt a tap on my arm and I turned to see Karla
