I’m awoken by my buzzing phone, and I cuss as I stretch my arm to reach for it my eyes still closed. The one thing I hate most is being woken up by a phone call. I don’t know why people always think it is good manners to call people early in the morning. I try to reach for it but it keeps sliding off my fingers, and just when I can finally grab it, it slides from my hands and I feel as if my whole body slumps on the floor and the duvet covers me. I yelp in pain and sit on the floor as I open my eyes and finally reach for the phone. I crease my brows when I see who called. Why would he be calling? We live together.
