I quickly clasped my lips sewing how I gasped loudly, and Michael and the girl turned their eyes to the door.
The moment his eyes met mine, tears clustered in my eyes as if I had just caught my boyfriend cheating on me.
The girl quickly pulled away and covered her dress, her face was not familiar, she didn’t look like she was from around school, and right now I didn't know why I couldn't move.
I should leave, I should run away, but I was frozen, perhaps because I have never expected Michael to be the one in here.
"Katelyn!" I heard my name from behind and it snapped me out of my daze and I quickly turned to see Marcus walking towards me.
I quickly shut the door and ran away, brushing past Marcus, I didn’t look back, I just took the step I saw I headed up the stairs.
